These terms apply when you use doggobud.com or buy a Doggobud product. Doggobud is a trade name of Hyperbit FN LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us").

What you're buying

Doggobud products are digital guides delivered as PDF downloads. After payment, you'll get a download link on screen and by email. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print the guide for your own household. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the guide or any part of it.

Training advice and safety

Our guides share general dog-training information based on reward-based methods. They are not a substitute for a certified trainer, behaviorist or veterinarian. Every dog is different, and results depend on your dog, your consistency and your situation, so we can't guarantee a specific result. Train in safe places, and never wrap a leash around your hand or fingers. Our guides are not designed for dogs showing aggression. If your dog growls, snaps or bites, or you're at risk of injury, please get help from a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for any injury or loss arising from how you or your dog apply the information in our guides. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
