30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with any Doggobud product, email hello@doggobud.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why, and you don't need to send anything back.

How refunds work

Include the email address you used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 3 business days, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.

Add-ons

Add-on products bought at checkout or right after (like the Walk Card or the Recall Plan) are covered by the same 30-day guarantee and can be refunded separately.
