This policy explains what information Doggobud (Hyperbit FN LLC) collects when you visit doggobud.com or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver your guide and support you.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Quiz answers: used to match you with the right edition of the guide.
- Usage and advertising data: we use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and ads work, and to measure purchases. This can include your IP address, browser details and pages visited.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, send you your download links and order emails, answer support requests, process refunds, and improve our site and ads. We don't sell your personal information for money.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery), our email delivery provider, and Meta (advertising measurement). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@doggobud.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, email us or adjust your browser's cookie settings.
Children
Our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
